Spin into Summer

A six-week fitness and weight loss program to flense the fat from your summer chassis and get you looking good and feeling fine just in time for the sun to come out.

This 6-week program runs from Monday, April 7th through Saturday, May 18th, 2024

  • $299 for the six-week program
  • Unlimited access to classes (do as many as you want each week - the more the better)
  • Weekly body composition analysis using InBody 570 BIA machine (clinical grade) every Saturday morning to track your progress.
  • Climate-controlled workout room with 10 state-of-the-art Keiser M3i power/heart rate equipped stationary bikes
  • Nutrition program available with guaranteed results

Monday Morning Pump-up 40 Minute ride plus strength session Monday 5:30 am
Manic Monday Express - 12:05 pm because it's Monday and you'd be 4 minutes late if it were at noon. 30-minute interval ride Monday 12:05 pm
Tabata Tuesday Tabata interval-based ride Tuesday 5:30 am
Hump Day wake-up call 45-minute, moderate intensity intervals, recovery & 15 min yoga(ish) mobility Wednesday 5:30 am

30-minute hill ride to get you over the hump Wednesday 12:05 pm
Triple A Thursday 40-minute ride plus Arms, Abs & Ass Thursday 5:30 am
Hip Hop Hooray!  It's Friday! 45-minute ride with Top G tunes (Parental Advisory - Explicit Lyrics) Friday 4:30 pm
Saddle up Saturday 2-hour endurance ride.  Moderate intensity.  Do some, all, or more. Saturday 9:00 am
Sunday Revival 90 Minute ride followed by 30 minutes of yoga(ish) mobility & recovery Sunday 9:00 am

 

Small Print:

Body comp analysis is available on Saturday mornings after class only - No "make up" sessions are available.

No single-ride options are available.  The system is designed to run as a program.

Reserve your sessions ahead of time to hold your spot.  24-hour advance cancellation is required ($5 late cancellation). 

You're free to drop in without a reservation but are not guaranteed a spot.  Waitlisted riders will be added to the roster 24 hours in advance of the session.

We highly recommend the use of anatomical cycling shorts and chamois creme for the longer rides.
