Our program is designed for all abilities and we love beginners! You do not need to come with any experience in the gym, just be ready to work hard!
Fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges. We want participants who will see it through to the end!
Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan. The program does not work without your consistency and efforts. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan.
Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won't be solely about losing weight, and every person may come with additional goals in mind. That's what makes the challenge unique!
Be willing to take before and after pictures so you're able to track your progress. Results don't only come from a scale, being able to SEE them will help keep you motivated.
Have respect for your fellow class members, coaches, and the rules of the gym and come to each class with a positive attitude.
Hard work should be rewarded. If you lose 20lb in the 6 week period then you'll receive a T-shirt indicating your success and a punch card for 10 CrossFit classes (no expiration - use whenever you like) valued at $150.
Full schedule of classes available from 5 am weekdays running through most of the day. Classes are available 7 days per week.
Class sizes are capped at a maximum of 14 to optimize learning and get the best coaching experience. There are so many classes on the schedule to choose from that there may only be 4 or 5 people in the class.
Classes are an hour long and can be scheduled in advance to make sure you get your spot reserved.

Jase Robinson loves to coach. So much so that he regularly coaches 11 hours per day. Add in weekend classes and that's 55 hours of coaching per week. Most CrossFit instructors coach 3 or 4 sessions per day and other local CrossFit gyms have part time coaches covering just 2 or 3 sessions per week. He's been coaching CrossFit since 2011.
