The Kickstart program is for beginners with no gym experience or for those who have never been formally taught correct technique and nutritional theory. The program is 6 weeks long and those graduating from the course will learn enough about exercise techniques, programming and nutrition to be able to design and execute their own ongoing program in any gym with relatively little equipment necessary.

When executed correctly with 4 or 5 workouts per week graduates typically lose 20-30lbs while maintaining or gaining lean muscle mass.
Our program is designed for all abilities and we love beginners! You do not need to come with any experience in the gym, just be ready to work hard!
Fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges. We want participants who will see it through to the end!
Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan. The program does not work without your consistency and efforts. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan.
Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won't be solely about losing weight, and every may come with a different goal in mind. That's what makes the class unique!
Be willing to take before and after pictures so you're able to track your progress. Results don't only come from a scale, being able to SEE them will help keep you motivated.
Have respect for your fellow class members, coaches, and the rules of the gym and come to each class with a positive attitude.
Full schedule of classes available from 5 am weekdays running through most of the day. Classes are available 7 days per week.
Class sizes are capped to allow appropriate social distancing. All equipment is disinfected after use.
Classes are an hour long and can be scheduled in advance to make sure you get your spot reserved.
