Eric started CrossFit with the first DeathProof challenge in 2020. He left the comfort and seclusion of his garage for a gym full of people. Thinking he was a little out of shape, the first warm-up informed him he was actually a lot out of shape. He found CrossFit provides a challenging and transformative framework for personal improvement. He got his CrossFit L1 certificate after surviving 4 years of Jase’s tutelage. This provided him with a better understanding of CrossFit to pass on to others.
Eric has completed several half marathons and obstacle course races. He enjoys rucking and backpacking and plans to hike the entire Appalachian trail (someday).
